Middle of winter and the septic system goes kaput.. of course.  Steve came out that day and fixed it when I thought it was a gonner.  22 years old and not well maintained. They were professional and knew exactly what they were doing.  Very pleased with their expertise, business knowledge and professional manners. Their charges were very reasonable too.
Will use them for regular maintenance.  Family owned and operated been in Flagstaff forever.  Used to be Sandoval Sanitation, same folks, new name.
